However, the meeting's scheduling has faced challenges, with the consultant, Chris, not attending meetings regularly since April. This has led to a scramble for effective communication about the workshop, prompting board members to urge the community to spread the word.

In an effort to accommodate the public and ensure adequate participation, the board also discussed rescheduling their regular meeting to October 7, 2024, at 7 PM, while considering an earlier start time for the October 15 meeting.
