The proposed establishment is located at 3271 Camp Creek Parkway and aims to create a small restaurant and bar environment, accommodating approximately 30 patrons in a space of around 506 to 600 square feet.

Lee Bryant, a College Park native and a graduate of Morehouse College, shared his background in the tech industry, highlighting his experience at companies like Google and TikTok. He expressed his enthusiasm for this venture, describing it as a passion project that he is excited to undertake with his father. The Bryants emphasized their commitment to fostering a mature and intimate atmosphere, distancing their concept from the nightclub scene, which they acknowledged is not favored in the community.

Both Lee and Gregory Bryant are certified in alcohol awareness training, and they provided the council with their certifications and a detailed security plan for the establishment. The meeting included a discussion on the nature of the lounge, with council members seeking clarification on its intended ambiance and operations. The Bryants reassured the council of their intentions to create a welcoming space for local residents, aiming to provide a venue where community members can gather without the need to travel into the city.
