The facility will feature separate bus drop-off zones to ensure safety and efficiency, with the bus area located at the south entry, parallel to the VFW highway. This design aims to facilitate smooth access to the central space of the school, which will serve as the cafeteria.

A significant consideration for the project is its location within a flood zone, necessitating that the building be elevated approximately 14 feet above grade. This elevation will not only protect the structure from potential flooding but also allows for under-building parking, accommodating staff and community visitors during off-hours.
