The meeting, which included representatives from various agencies, reviewed the 1041 Woglob applications submitted on July 8, 2024.

During the pre-application meeting held on November 15, 2023, stakeholders from Kermaggee, Weld County, and other relevant organizations participated, but no public comments were received regarding the applications. The 1041 WOGLA hearings took place on September 26, 2024, where the hearing officer approved both applications after considering the testimony presented.

A notable point of discussion was an error identified in the final order concerning interim reclamation acreage, which required a correction and re-recording. The final orders were published in the Greeley Tribune, establishing vested property rights for the permits.

The meeting also marked a transition in leadership, as the current representative expressed gratitude for the opportunity to present and announced their upcoming departure from the position, with Brett Kavanaugh set to take over future OGDP discussions.
