Additionally, the commission reviewed a rezoning request for the former Miss Selma School Campus, which aims to transform the site into an on-campus facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. The proposed Access Village will include up to 34 residential units, ranging from 450 to 1,500 square feet, along with recreational and dining facilities. Staff expressed strong support for the project, highlighting its potential to provide inclusive living solutions for adults with disabilities. The proposal is set to foster community engagement and independence for its residents.
