City Hall and the Burbank Water and Power headquarters will be illuminated in orange to symbolize solidarity with this cause. Gloria Salas, lieutenant governor of Zonta International District 9, addressed the council, inviting the community to participate in a march against gender violence on December 7, coinciding with the gun buyback event.
