The Horizons District is defined by specific geographical boundaries: Interstate 35 to the west, First Americans Boulevard to the east, the river to the north, and railroad tracks to the south. Currently, the First Americans Museum is the only operational attraction in the area, with plans for the Exhibit C Gallery to relocate from Bricktown to the Horizons District in the spring.

Chad Claiborne, representing the Chickasaw Nation for the Ocana project, highlighted that Ocana will serve as an entertainment anchor within the Horizons District. He noted the importance of creating memorable experiences through thoughtful selections of products and partnerships, including local and boutique brands.
