Financial support for the TLA is provided by the Bridal Foundation, which covers half of the tuition costs, making the program more accessible for teachers. Currently, approximately 50% of Jamestown teachers hold graduate degrees, a figure that the district aims to increase as it addresses the challenges posed by an aging workforce and retirements.
