However, concerns were raised regarding the property's proximity to larger residential lots, with opposition expressed by some nearby property owners. Public notifications were sent to residents within a 500-foot radius, resulting in three written responses against the proposal and one in favor.

Trendbirth emphasized the need for affordable housing in the area, particularly for incoming workers related to a nearby port of entry development. He highlighted the lack of available housing inventory and expressed intentions to create high-quality homes that would enhance the neighborhood's aesthetic appeal.
