During a recent government meeting, concerns were raised regarding ongoing property disputes between the Bucktail owner, Joe, and the Buck Till Condo Association, now led by President Ron Rudnicki. The association reported that Joe has been trespassing on their property, removing no parking signs, and has even taken down property markers.
The association is currently in conflict over an alleged easement that has been confirmed as nonexistent by both Mike Kelsey and Tom Duffy. In response to these issues, the condo association proposed placing decorative rocks as markers along their property line, but Joe has threatened to remove them using his skid steer.
Rudnicki emphasized the need for legal clarity, requesting that no approvals be granted to Joe until he acknowledges the absence of a legal easement and agrees to respect the boundaries of the association's property. A surveyor, Dan Plueger, has already confirmed the property lines in Joe's presence, indicating that he is aware of the correct boundaries.
Additionally, Rudnicki highlighted potential future developments in the area, noting that approximately 10 to 12 new houses are expected to be built in the next five years. This increase in housing could further strain local resources, particularly as the condo association has already seen a rise in unit sales.
The situation remains tense, with the condo association seeking resolution to ensure they can enjoy their property without interference.
