Kelly's prompt response in calling for emergency services exemplified community spirit and care.

Additionally, Amy Byrd, the Federal Main Street director, reported on the activities of the Youth Leaders Council, which comprises 15 members from local high schools and a homeschool program. The council recently won a video challenge, earning $500 to contribute to their scholarship fund, which will total $1,500 for awards to be presented in April.
