Additionally, the council approved a second amendment to an agreement with Access Infrastructure LLC, extending their professional services contract until September 30, 2025. This extension aims to ensure continued support for ongoing projects, with specific mention of staff member Sarah's involvement.

Lastly, the council discussed waiving a prohibition on membership for individuals serving on multiple boards or committees, a topic raised during a previous meeting. This resolution aims to clarify and potentially streamline participation in local governance.
