In contrast, Kyle Forbes raised serious concerns regarding privacy violations and nuisance issues stemming from his neighbor's surveillance cameras. Forbes detailed a situation where cameras were allegedly reinstalled after being removed by law enforcement, claiming they still infringe on his family's privacy. He referenced local ordinance 3.12, which prohibits unauthorized audio recording in private spaces, arguing that his neighbor's setup violates this law.

Forbes also cited multiple nuisance ordinances, alleging that his neighbor's actions, including the accumulation of debris and the destruction of grass leading to dust issues, create an unsightly environment and contribute to harassment. He called for city staff to investigate these claims, expressing frustration over perceived inaction from local authorities.
