In a recent government meeting, discussions centered around the proposed construction of an underground shooting range, with a focus on noise control and operational logistics. The design aims to create an air gap within the building to minimize sound leakage, ensuring that gunshots are inaudible from outside. Experts involved in the project emphasized that while achieving absolute silence is impossible, the goal is to keep external noise levels to a minimum.

The construction plan includes filling material to level the ground around the facility, which will help prevent flooding and maintain aesthetic integrity. The building will feature a mezzanine level for retail space, classrooms, and a gunsmithing workshop, alongside essential facilities like bathrooms and elevators.

Traffic patterns were also a key topic, with most visitors expected during off-peak hours in the evenings. The facility aims to provide 24/7 access for law enforcement training, allowing officers to badge in and utilize the training bay directly from the public safety building. General public access is proposed to begin at 8 or 9 AM, with operations winding down by 10 PM.
