Johnson highlighted three vacant properties, including one at 1327 39th Avenue, which she noted has become a safety issue due to the presence of squatters and deteriorating conditions.

Johnson emphasized the impact of these abandoned homes on the local community, particularly as the area is predominantly inhabited by senior citizens, many of whom are over 60 years old.
