Jones pointed out that Las Palmas, a Title 1 school with nearly 800 students, had recently seen a reduction in administrative support, which she argued could compromise student safety and well-being. She stressed that having two full-time administrators is essential for addressing the unique challenges faced by Title 1 schools, particularly in managing disciplinary matters and ensuring a supportive environment for both students and teachers.
