The design, created by a local high school CAD class, features the department's name alongside a prominent Wildcat logo, symbolizing support for local schools. Local business Humphrey Signs is collaborating with the police department on this project, which has been well-received as a unique approach to community representation.

Initially set to conclude on October 1, officials acknowledged low participation rates, with only around 100 responses received. In response, they plan to extend the survey through the end of October and will leverage upcoming community events, such as a homecoming tailgate party, to encourage more residents to participate.
