This property has been identified as a historical structure but has fallen into a dangerous state, with the inspector noting it appears on the verge of collapse. The owner failed to attend court proceedings and did not provide any updates regarding the property's condition. As a result, the board approved the demolition and imposed a $100 fine for the owner's inaction over the past year.
