The first case involved Edward DeMarco, who has been accused of maintaining unserviced vehicles on his property, leading to complaints from neighbors John and Cindy Albrecht. The Albrechts, who live adjacent to DeMarco, testified about a series of alleged harassment incidents following their refusal to allow him to cut a road through their property for vehicle storage. John Albrecht detailed a pattern of intimidation, including loud noises at odd hours, spotlighting their home, and even dumping waste near their property line. He emphasized that these actions were retaliatory in nature and requested code enforcement to oversee the removal of the vehicles, which he claimed were in violation of local regulations. The Albrechts provided photographic and video evidence of the alleged violations and expressed their distress over the ongoing situation.

The second case addressed a complaint against the Girls Fashion Boutique LLC, which operates a property in Archer, Florida. Code enforcement officials reported that the boutique was found in violation of land development regulations concerning the operation of a kennel or cattery without proper approvals. The county recommended a 30-day compliance period for the boutique to either cease operations or obtain the necessary permits. If the boutique fails to comply, a fine of $50 per day could be imposed, with the county already incurring costs of $630 related to the enforcement proceedings.

Both cases highlight ongoing challenges within the community regarding property regulations and neighborly disputes, prompting the county to take action to ensure compliance and address residents' concerns.
