Financial projections for the project indicate that while base taxes are currently negligible, the anticipated average tax revenue during the abatement period is expected to exceed $16,000 annually. After the abatement period, taxes could rise to just under $70,000, benefiting the local district significantly.

Additionally, the meeting addressed potential displacement of current occupants in the area, with assurances that any necessary relocation would be handled by the developer at their expense, a standard practice in such developments. The properties involved are all under the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA), ensuring that no privately held properties are affected.
