Residents demand urgent repairs for neglected alleyway access

One resident expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the Sierra Bicentennial Park dog park, describing it as uninviting and poorly maintained. The park, which is primarily dirt and sand with a noticeable slope, has been criticized for its lack of upkeep, particularly with plumbing issues and overgrown bushes.

Another significant topic raised was the deteriorating condition of an alley on Third Street, where residents have been waiting for updates for nearly four years. Two homeowners, who have invested in their properties by adding cottage houses, reported increased traffic and dust due to the alley's poor state. They emphasized the need for more than temporary fixes, such as gravel, and urged city officials to prioritize a proper upgrade to improve access and reduce dust and debris.
