The tournament will see participation from six other state champions, with teams coming from Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Nebraska, and Mississippi.

To enhance the experience for players and their families, each participant will receive a Wednesday fair pass, allowing them to explore the local fair. Organizers emphasized the importance of familiarizing families with the area, planning a parent meeting to provide logistical information about local attractions and transportation.

A shuttle service will be in place to transport coaches and players to practice sessions at Washington High and Borgia High School, ensuring a smooth transition to the tournament venue. The tournament schedule includes four games on both Wednesday and Thursday, followed by three games on Friday and Saturday, with a potential game on Sunday if necessary.
