The commission unanimously voted to set public hearings for these applications, ensuring that each item will be reviewed separately. The motion passed with a 6-0 vote, indicating strong support for the proposed developments.
In the old business segment, the commission revisited an application from Dominic Thomas for Rodeo Cannabis at 504 Bridgeport Avenue. This application seeks modifications to accommodate tandem parking and the removal of a drive-thru window for a retail cannabis store. A public hearing for this application had previously taken place on June 19, and the commission opened the floor for comments regarding the proposal.
