Inspector Daniel Kassman noted that the property, previously home to a demolished house, has sidewalks damaged by construction vehicles. The board ordered compliance by August 24, 2024, with similar fines for non-compliance.
The meeting also included a case concerning the Renaissance Square condominium at 1216 South Missouri Avenue, where representatives denied a violation related to exterior structures. Building inspector John Norden detailed the timeline of notices sent to the property, with a compliance deadline set for April 1, 2024.
