Paul, a representative from the 21100 block of Chinook Trail, stated that their quiet street does not require a sidewalk, as it is not a thoroughfare for traffic and is safe for children to play. Other residents, including Steve Backner and Michael McGaney, voiced similar opinions, suggesting that funds allocated for the sidewalk could be better utilized for other community projects.
