Community feedback has been largely positive, with 11 unsolicited emails of support received, contrasting with only one expressed opposition. The development team noted that they are prepared to address concerns from nearby residents, particularly regarding transitional buffers.

The Hillsborough County Development Services is currently reviewing the application for this major modification, which consolidates several tracks into a single development area.
