A local resident reported that since the opening of nearby establishments, including Postinos and the Tempe Public Marketplace, the volume of non-resident vehicles parking in their neighborhood has surged.

The resident expressed frustration, noting that the influx of parked cars has made it difficult for residents to exit their neighborhood safely. They highlighted that turning left out of the cul-de-sac has become particularly hazardous, likening it to \"taking your life into your own hands.\"
