A representative highlighted a complaint dating back to June 14, 2017, when a resident inquired about the deteriorating condition of the facility's landscaping, noting that the grass was dead and trees were dying.

The representative emphasized that despite the passage of seven years, the situation remains unresolved, with 61 dead trees and a lack of grass still evident. Instead of proper restroom facilities, porta potties have been the only available option for visitors.
