The notice was sent via certified and regular mail on July 23, 2024, by the city clerk, and a public notice was posted at both the property and city hall on July 25, 2024. An affidavit confirming the posting is included in the case file.

Subsequent visits to the property on August 12 and August 16, 2024, confirmed that the property remained non-compliant with the identified code sections related to landscape maintenance.
