Notably, Automation Tooling Services donated two medical golf carts, benefiting both the district and Big Walnut. This initiative was praised for its alignment with the career center's robotics and automation programs, with special acknowledgment given to Steve Gleason Camp and Mr. Gazarek for facilitating the partnership.

Additionally, the Schultz Elementary PTO made a significant contribution by donating two refrigerators for the staff lounge, enhancing the working environment for educators. Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana also played a crucial role by providing 200 mouth guards for student athletes, a part of a special program that required prompt action from the district's athletic directors to secure the donation.

Further contributions included a $300 donation from a community member for classroom supplies, and a resolution was passed to declare certain two-way radios as surplus, allowing for their sale or disposal in accordance with board policy.
