The meeting also highlighted issues related to the registration of homeless individuals. It was noted that approximately 50 people were registered at a baseball field, raising questions about the distribution of ballots. While acknowledging the voting rights of homeless individuals, officials pointed out that many do not have a permanent residence. Instead, they often use locations like Wallace Marine Park for registration, with ballots sent to alternative mailing addresses, typically managed by family members or local postal services.
