Community rallies for new chocolate festival after cancellation

During a recent city council meeting, local high school student Zoe was recognized for her achievement as the newly appointed youth poet laureate. Zoe, who is entering her junior year, shared her journey of selection, which involved submitting several poems and participating in a video interview. The council presented her with a certificate to commemorate her role, although she opted not to read a poem at the meeting.
