Developer promises premium housing amid affordability concerns

DeMarco indicated that the new units will be similar to those currently being built in the vicinity, with expected pricing in the range of $550,000 to $650,000. However, he noted that the final pricing will be determined closer to the market launch, suggesting that the new units may be priced higher due to their premium location.
