The meeting also addressed scheduling changes, with members agreeing to reschedule a meeting from the 14th to the 15th of next month to accommodate a member's family visit. The committee expressed flexibility, ensuring that all members could participate.

Additionally, the committee approved a single invoice from Vertex for $7,718 for the month of June, which passed unanimously. Minutes from a previous meeting were also approved, with one member abstaining due to absence.
