The design of the building includes a massing that fronts Hill Avenue, clad in brick veneer with vertical metal accents, and a penthouse level also featuring metal cladding. The layout incorporates a two-way drive extending from Hill Avenue to access the parking garage, with an additional secondary access point from Front Avenue. The residential section is designed in a C-shape, surrounding an amenity level that includes a pool overlooking the river.
City planners noted that the site is currently used for service parking and is zoned for mixed-use development. The area features a blend of historic houses, multifamily structures, and contemporary buildings, creating a varied architectural context. The proposed parking garage is expected to increase vehicle traffic on Hill and Front Avenues, prompting discussions on pedestrian safety and traffic management.
