City unveils ambitious master plan for vibrant new neighborhoods

In a recent government meeting, officials presented an ambitious master plan for a new development site, highlighting its potential to transform the area into a vibrant community. The proposed project is divided into four distinct neighborhoods: the Arts and Entertainment District, Central Neighborhood, Peninsula, and Garden Neighborhood, each designed with sensitivity to the site's topography and environmental features.

The Arts and Entertainment District is envisioned as a gateway to the Shoals, featuring open plazas and a mix of commercial and residential spaces, all within walking distance.
