The Jerry Awards, a prestigious Wisconsin high school musical awards program, recognized the high school production of \"Mean Girls\" for outstanding lighting design, outstanding sound design, and the Spirit Award, celebrating the dedication of the cast, crew, and directors.
In archery, the district's teams excelled at the state tournament held on March 22 in Wisconsin Dells. The Purdy Elementary team secured third place, setting a new scoring record of 2899. They will compete in the National Archery competition on May 9 in Louisville, Kentucky. The middle school team placed sixth at the state level with a score of 3103 and improved their performance at nationals, finishing 112th out of 267 teams. The high school team also performed well, finishing 15th at the state tournament and delivering a strong showing at nationals.
In academics, six students from grades three through eight achieved outstanding scores in the Word Masters Challenge, with some earning perfect scores.
