Public hearing concludes with project approval despite opposition

A public hearing was held on July 31, 2024, regarding the 340 Main Street Realty, LLC project in New Rochelle, New York. The hearing, mandated by section 859, subdivision two of the New York General Municipal Law, was announced in the Journal News on July 21, 2024.
