Residents demand action as abandoned property becomes a hazard

The resident provided photographic evidence of the property’s deteriorating condition, including trash accumulation, unsecured doors, and infestations of rats and squirrels.

Despite some initial action, such as mowing the lawn, the property remained a significant concern for the neighborhood. The resident expressed doubts about the developers' ability to manage the property effectively, especially given its planned 47 rental units. They concluded their remarks by emphasizing the need for better oversight and maintenance standards for developments in the area.
