The applicant, Lynn Weung, assured the commission that they would implement a carpool system for employees to alleviate parking congestion. The commission expressed satisfaction with the parking arrangements but requested written confirmation of the parking agreement with the mall as a condition of approval.

The architectural review for Lynn's Garden Cafe also took place, where the design was praised for its blend of modern and classic elements. The commission mandated that all rooftop and ground-mounted mechanical equipment be shielded from view to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the building.

Additionally, a proposal for an exterior remodel of a building at 8425 Station Street was discussed. The applicant, Brian Deming, outlined plans to replace the existing pitched roof with a flat metal panel facade. The commission reiterated the necessity of concealing any rooftop equipment during the renovation.
