During a recent meeting of the Richland County Board of School Commissioners, a heartfelt resolution was passed in memory of Terri Youngener, an instructional assistant at AC Flora High School. Youngener dedicated ten years of service to the Richmond County School District before her passing on July 28, 2024.

The resolution, presented by Chairman Dr. Aaron Bishop, emphasized the importance of remembering Youngener's contributions to the school community. It was unanimously agreed that her name and legacy should be preserved within the institution's records as a testament to her commitment and service. A copy of the resolution will be provided to her family as a gesture of appreciation.

The meeting also included a segment led by Ms. Boone from the Office of Student Support, indicating ongoing discussions about student welfare and support initiatives within the district.
