Fleming explained that the existing two-and-a-half-story home has been a neighborhood eyesore, often referred to humorously as the \"haunted house.\" To address the issue, Schwartz aims to demolish the current structure and construct a new home that adheres to zoning regulations while improving the overall aesthetics and functionality of the property.

The proposed new house will feature a smaller footprint than the existing structure and will include setbacks that were previously absent, enhancing the property’s compliance with local zoning laws.
