Authorities in Middletown have arrested 29-year-old April Floyd, a recent arrival from Utica, New York, following a series of violent incidents involving elderly victims. Over the past week, Floyd has been implicated in multiple assaults, including an incident today where she attacked three individuals without provocation.
One of the assaults occurred in a barbershop, where Floyd reportedly assaulted a person seated in a barber chair. Another victim, a woman using a cane, was knocked to the ground while walking down the street.
Floyd has been charged with these offenses and is currently being processed for incarceration. Local officials expressed hope that she will be returned to Utica to face accountability for her actions during her brief stay in Middletown.
