DuPage County residents rally against fairgrounds redevelopment plans amid community concerns

John Henry Harker, a local archery coach, highlighted the fairgrounds' unique capabilities for hosting both indoor and outdoor archery events, which attract participants from across the state. He warned that proposed developments could jeopardize these activities, stating, "Building 1 is so well considered that it is one venue of a dozen around the country for the US archery indoor state championships."
