The project encompasses 2,400 acres and is designed to accommodate 12 million square feet of industrial space, focusing on advanced manufacturing, research, and technology. Estimates suggest that the full build-out of Halo Vista could generate between 62,000 to 80,000 jobs, significantly boosting the local economy.
