Chino Valley residents rally against Kinder Morgan's proposed gas compressor plant near homes

In addition to the gas compressor discussion, the meeting featured Vinny Gallegos, executive director of the Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization (CIMPO), who expressed gratitude to the council for their collaborative efforts in regional transportation planning. He announced that Vice Mayor Armstrong had been selected as the new chair of CIMPO, emphasizing the importance of respectful dialogue among elected officials.
