The patio is designed to accommodate 42 seats. Concerns were also raised about traffic congestion in the area, particularly regarding the intersection of Fielder Road and Randall Mill Road, which is already experiencing heavy traffic.

Support for the project was voiced by Coy Garrett, representing the property sellers, who highlighted the extensive efforts made to address neighborhood concerns. However, opposition was expressed by Patrick Kelly, a local resident, who warned that the addition of a restaurant could exacerbate existing traffic issues.
