Greenfield residents urge city council to restore vital bus service for seniors

During the January 14, 2025, City Council meeting in Greenfield, a pressing issue for the community emerged as residents voiced their urgent need for improved public transportation services, particularly for seniors. Sebastian, a representative of the senior citizens, passionately advocated for the reinstatement of a bus service that had been crucial for those without access to personal vehicles. He emphasized, “We desperately need it because it picks us up at the house, takes us to the store, takes us anywhere here in Greenfield.”
