Charlotte County Dixie Softball Angels make history as first World Series champions

In a spirited session on January 21, 2025, the Virginia House of Delegates celebrated the remarkable achievements of the Charlotte County Dixie Softball Angels, who made history as the first team from the area to win the Dixie Softball Angels World Series. The meeting, which included a special recognition segment, highlighted the team's impressive journey and accomplishments over the past year.

Delegate Veil Wright introduced the team members and their coaches, inviting them to stand in the gallery as a show of appreciation.
