Among the most notable proposals is a drive-through Panera restaurant set to open at 2798 Cheney Highway, alongside an All American Oil convenience store with gas nozzles at 3580 Garden Street. These additions are part of a broader trend of commercial growth, which also includes a Chase Bank at 2035 Cheney Highway and a Mavis tire and brake retail store in Saint John's Plaza.

Subscribe for Free Residential developments are also on the rise, with plans for the 138-unit Astra House Apartments at the northwest corner of US 1 and Dairy Road, and 42 townhomes on Barna Avenue. The city is also seeing the redevelopment of an apartment complex into the 39-unit De Leon Village on South De Leon Avenue, and the construction of Christian Court Condominiums behind McDonald's on Garden Street.
In addition to these new projects, several initiatives have received approval, including infrastructure improvements and a new airport tower at Space Coast Executive Airport. The Apollo Gardens multifamily subdivision will add 84 units, while Astrotech is set to expand by 30,000 square feet at 1515 Chappie Drive.
Construction is already underway for several significant projects, including Brooks Landing, a 143-unit single-family home subdivision, and the 170-lot Brookshire subdivision at the northwest corner of Garden Street and I-95. The Titusville Resort and Destination, a mixed-use development at the site of the former Seirstown Mall, is also generating excitement among residents.
